Flashing Safety Vest, the latest advancement in wearable safety equipment.
VestLED provides the professional and recreationist alike with high-visibility
in hazardous nighttime, daylight and indoor environments. VestLED emits
a flashing light that can be seen up to a half mile, depending on weather
conditions and line-of-sight. VestLED flashes 90 – 100 times per minute
for 240 continuous hours on two fully-charged AA alkaline batteries.
VestLED comes equipped with 16 high-intensity, low-profile Surface Mount
Technology (SMT) red (660nm) LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) ¾ three
times more LEDs then any comparable LED vest! Ten LEDs are mounted on the
front (five to a side), and six LEDs are position strategically across the
back. As an additional safety measure, two bright reflective 3Mâ yellow
stripes run from front to back on the vest, making VestLED ideal for daylight
and indoor locations as well as nighttime environments. VestLED is available
in a solid vinyl (neon-orange) and in vinyl mesh (neon orange and neon green).
The one-size-fits-all VestLED features nylon straps on each side to provide
a snug, comfortable fit. Side-release buckles allow single-handed adjustments
and easy on and off.
VestLED is designed specifically to provide a highly visible, continuous
strobe warning light source for personnel such as road crews, crowd-control/traffic-control
personnel, emergency teams and sportsmen operating in hazardous industrial
