Built with solid-state construction, panel mount PNL-1145 Series lamps feature
fixed LED, removable lens, and threaded metal shaft. Adjustable nuts and washers
enable lamps to be front- or rear-mounted in panels up to 2.2 in. thick, and 12

Direct Replacement Panel-Mount LED Lamps for GE ET5/6 Series Incandescent

— LEDtronics introduces the PNL-1145 Series LED Lamps that are direct
incandescent replacements for discontinued GE ET5/6 incandescent high-voltage
panel indictor lamps that are found in control rooms of power plants, substations
and utilities. These energy-efficient and long-lived illuminators feature a
fixed LED, a removable lens, a threaded metal shaft, and adjustable nuts and
washers that enable the lamp to be front-mounted or rear-mounted in panels up
to 2.2 inches (55.88mm) thick. Additionally, 12-inch leads are provided to expedite
integration into the electrical system. PNL-1145 LED lamps are available in
the following voltages: 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 125Vdc and 250Vdc. With factory-approval,
PNL-1145 LED lamps may be ordered in 67Vac, 115Vac and 230Vac. Colors offered
are Aqua Green (525nm), Warm White (3200K), Super Blue (470nm), Ultra Yellow
(585nm), and Ultra Red (660nm). Utility monitors, industrial designers, and
maintenance departments will find these lights to be excellent solutions for
maintenance-intensive and critical-process applications.
With an average LED life span of 100,000-plus hours (11 years), LEDs operate
reliably year-after-year. Solid-state design renders LEDs impervious to electrical
and mechanical shock, vibration, frequent switching and environmental fluctuation.
Integrated current-limited resistors prevent short-circuiting. LED lamps use
only 10% - 20% of the energy consumed by equivalent incandescent lamps that
when combined with their maintenance-free operation results in substantial cost
savings.
