The slim device with black UL940V0-compliant housing nests with RJ45 ports on the PC board, taking up minimal space. The co-planar design facilitates alignment and arrayed configurations. Advanced optical-grade epoxy is used to produce bright, smooth illumination. Diffused lenses are standard, and clear lenses are optional. One- and two-LED configurations are available in rectangular and domed shapes. Domed versions are 3 mm, and the rectangular versions come in 1.8 x 3.8 mm and 2 x 5 mm models. Single-colored units come in red, green, and yellow, and bi-colored combinations are red/green and yellow/green. Orange and pure green can also be ordered in either configuration. Solid-state design makes the devices impervious to shock, vibration, frequent switching, and environmental extremes. With an average life span of 100,000 plus hrs, the lamps operate more than 20 times longer than the equivalent incandescent lamp. Producing almost no heat, they require 80-90 percent less operating power as well as less maintenance cost and downtime.
