Torrance, Calif., July 21, 2026 — LEDtronics®, Inc., the industry’s most innovative LED lamp manufacturer since 1983, announces the addition of a 30VAC/DC LED bulb to its series of lensed miniature lamps for direct drop-in replacement of high-failure incandescent lamps up to 7 watts, such as VCC/DDP 6S6LS30-CWW.
The LSL462SH-0CW-030B shunted lamp consumes only 0.5 watts with an input current of 0.015 amps — up to 90% energy savings. It provides luminous intensity of 2.19/9.32 cd and spherical candela of 0.44/0.54 mscp, depending on voltage.
With dual LEDs offering up to 6.72 lumens of ultra-bright, 5000K cool-white illumination with a wide viewing angle of 45 degrees, it is the perfect fit for use in manual on/off switch nightlight holders (without light sensors); photo-sensor-controlled holders by AmerTac/Amerelle (model numbers 71055, 71056, 72060, or 72065 with faceted-style enclosure); and bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, or wherever illumination for nighttime or dark enclosures is helpful.
This miniature LED bulb comes with an E12 candelabra nickel-plated brass screw base, a UV-stabilized (UL94V-2) polycarbonate lens, and a white Rynite FR530 sleeve.
The solid-state design of the LSL462SH-0CW-030B LED lamp renders it impervious to electrical and mechanical shock, vibration, frequent switching, and environmental extremes. It boasts faster turn-on and reaction time compared to halogen and incandescent lamps, yet provides comparable luminous intensity and pure wavelength light for more uniform illumination without halation. It produces very little heat and is never hot to the touch, greatly reducing the risk of fire near combustible materials, while its cool operation translates into less load on air conditioning.
This durable lamp provides years of reliable performance with sustained color fidelity and energy efficiency, with LED lumen maintenance of greater than 70%, operating in a wide temperature range of -30°C to +50°C (-22°F to 122°F). Its long life and reliability in a wide range of operating temperatures lower costs by reducing re-lamp frequency.
